What is Included:
A 3 hour workshop in the natural world, with similarly intentioned community of women, where we will:
learn about the functioning of the autonomic nervous system
slow down, unplug, and tune into the language of our bodies
practice mindfulness while hiking in the woods
identify parts of our daily lives that are craving a different rhythm and plan initial steps for new practices with specific attainable goals
give and receive support from a group of like-hearted women
Five Monthly 90-minute sessions to build on the content of the workshop and strengthen the support of community
slow and drop into greater awareness of the present moment with mindfulness practices
explore gentle yoga movement that can be incorporated into your daily life
set actionable goals for daily routines that center on your individual needs for health and wellness
calm anxious thoughts by learning to orient to safety, the here and now, the body, the breath, and the natural world
